About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for handling and setting up the company's printing presses, as well as ensuring that production maintains a steady and high quality. You work continuously with both production and post-processing, while collaborating closely with colleagues in areas such as production, planning, and quality.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for production in screen and flexo presses.
• Performing changeovers and machine settings before new production orders.
• Monitoring quality through controls during the production process.
• Performing post-processing of finished products.
• Carrying out simple maintenance, adjustments, and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Ensuring that machines, materials, and equipment are used correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with other functions to ensure an efficient and quality-assured production flow.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical role where technology and problem-solving go hand in hand. You are meticulous in your work, have a strong focus on quality, and take responsibility for completing tasks in a structured and efficient manner.

In addition, the following is required:

• Documented experience working as a printer/press operator.
• Computer literacy and experience with production documentation.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license and access to a car for commuting to handle shift work.

• Working Hours: Rolling two-shift system (Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00, Monday-Thursday 14:00-23:00)
• Salary: As agreed
