We are currently looking for weekend and extra staff. As a shop assistant with us, you will be a vital part of our team and contribute to creating a positive experience for all our visitors.

Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is cheerful and driven in their work, with a strong commitment to providing the best possible service. You are solution-oriented and quickly find solutions to problems that arise. As a person, you are proactive, take initiative, and work purposefully to achieve set goals. You actively contribute to community and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues, remaining loyal to the company's values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store together with colleagues
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and inviting
• Receive and stock goods
• Handle payments and the cash register system
• Participate in customer activities and campaigns
• Product exposure and campaign signage
• Promote a great experience for all our visitors

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for engaged employees who want to be part of our team. You have a good ability to independently identify and perform necessary tasks, and you are motivated by contributing to the store's success. Experience in a service-oriented industry is an advantage, and you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
