The Service Administration owns, builds, and manages the municipality's properties and delivers internal service services. We work with space supply, property operations, facility maintenance, meal services, caretaking, vehicles, and mail handling.

With us, you will have the opportunity to develop in the role of a project manager in a business with many exciting construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

As a project manager with us, you will:

• Work with property projects in various forms together with more experienced colleagues.
• Participate in initiatives for energy-efficient and sustainable building.
• Participate in projects in different stages – from idea to finished building.
• Encounter many different types of property projects, such as in schools, preschools, care homes, and cultural facilities.
• Receive support and guidance from other project managers as well as specialists within areas such as energy, alarms, HVAC, and electricity.
• Have the opportunity to grow into the role and gradually take greater responsibility.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of various types of property projects.
• Gradually take own responsibility for parts of the project, under guidance.
• Contribute to work with schedules, economy, and quality.
• Participate in design meetings and collaborate with contractors and consultants.
• Have dialogue with operations to ensure that premises meet needs.
• Follow projects through the construction process and be involved in the handover to the operations organization.

Qualifications

Required for the role:

• You have a completed or ongoing education from university/college within construction, civil engineering, or similar. Alternatively, you have other relevant education assessed as equivalent.
• You have some experience from the construction industry, for example through internship or first employment.
• You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Valid B-driver's license.

Terms of Employment

The recruitment concerns a permanent full-time position, with start date as agreed.
