Job Description

The role involves, together with the unit manager, monitoring and overseeing quality work within your work group. This includes ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed and that the work group strives to achieve the organization's set goals. As a Quality Responsible Nurse Assistant, you are an integral part of the work group and also perform regular care duties. You will collaborate with other Quality Responsible Nurse Assistants at the residence and have the responsibility to coach and mentor staff in your group.

Qualifications

• Educated Nurse Assistant with a valid professional certificate.
• Experience and knowledge in healthcare and social care.
• Competence to receive delegated tasks from PAS (Personal Assistance Services) and other professionals within the organization.
• Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as solid computer skills.

About the Residence

The residence consists of 48 apartments distributed across 6 units. The housing is designed to facilitate independent living for the residents. Welfare technology is integrated into the residence to support both the residents and the staff.

The residence features a calm and safe outdoor environment that encourages outdoor activity and is adapted for individuals with reduced mobility. Seating areas and opportunities for various activities are available along the walking paths. The residence is centrally located in Rödeby, close to shops, a health center, and a pharmacy. A bus stop is located adjacent to the residence, providing excellent access to public transport.
