Do you want to help develop future preventive work for the elderly while ensuring high quality and patient safety within rehabilitation? We are now looking for a Medically Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR) with responsibility for preventive work. In this role, you will have a strategic and coordinating assignment with great significance for the municipality's development within care and social services.

DUTIES
The position combines medical responsibility as MAR with a clear development responsibility for the municipality's preventive work. You work both strategically and operationally, in close collaboration with managers, employees, and external actors. The position offers the opportunity to influence, develop, and make a difference for the municipality's residents.
As MAR, you are responsible, among other things, for ensuring quality and patient safety within rehabilitation, being responsible for guidelines and routines, and following and implementing legislation and national guidelines in the operations.
You develop and ensure the quality of the municipality's preventive work for the elderly in accordance with national knowledge support and recommendations. The assignment includes ensuring early identification of risk factors through outreach approaches, health conversations, and collaboration between relevant operations. You initiate, coordinate, and follow up on measures that promote physical activity, fall prevention, good nutrition, oral health, rehabilitative approaches, and social participation. The role also includes driving and further developing work to prevent involuntary loneliness and counteract social isolation among the elderly, as well as developing collaboration with primary care, civil society, and other external actors.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist
- Have several years of broad experience working within rehabilitation
- Have good knowledge of legislation and national guidelines in the field
- Have experience in quality and development work
- Have experience in collaboration between different operations and actors
It is meritorious if you:
- Have experience working in a MAR function or similar responsibility
- Have experience in preventive work directed towards the elderly
- Have experience in change management or transition work
- Have experience in project management or follow-up and analysis
As a person, you are secure in a strategic role and have the ability to drive development, create structure, and build good collaboration both within the municipality and with external actors. You have a holistic perspective, are analytical, and work independently while also being good at collaborating and building trusting relationships.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
