I am the one running the restaurant. I will be completely honest: I have a very hard time finding a head chef. I have posted standard, boring ads before but they yielded nothing. So now I am doing this my own way instead.

I am looking for you who are tired of rigid concepts, micromanagement from owners who do not understand a kitchen, and pre-made plastic food.

With me, you will not arrive at a set table – you will arrive in a kitchen where you decide on the flavors, the menu, and how we work.

• Freedom on the menu: I trust your taste. Want to test a new dish? Go for it. Want to change the entire menu according to the season? Do it.
• No one sticking their nose in: I run the place, but the kitchen is your kingdom. I will not stand there watching over your shoulder.
