Do you want to be part of a hotel team that puts the guest experience at the center, around the clock? We are looking for you who want to work as a Night Receptionist and create safety, presence, and first-class service during the small hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Night Receptionist, you are the face of the hotel during the evening and night. You are responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our guests as the day comes to an end. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and checking in/out guests during evenings and nights
• Handling bookings, phone calls, and simpler administration
• Assisting with guest inquiries and service during the night
• Ensuring that the hotel's public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable during the night
• Maintaining order and tidiness around you during your shift
• Conducting routine checks and security rounds
• Preparing for the next day's operations

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have service in your blood and feel confident working independently. You are calm, solution-oriented, and used to taking responsibility even in unexpected situations. In addition, we would like you to:

• Enjoy working nights and have an eye for detail
• Be responsible and proactive in seeing what needs to be done
• Have a sense for order, cleanliness, and good guest service
• Have previous experience from reception, service, cleaning, or security (meritorious but not required)
• Be communicative and confident in both Swedish and English
• Have basic computer skills and an organized way of working
• Have a driver's license (meritorious)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Employment type: Fixed-term position as Night Receptionist during weeks 36, 38, 40, and 42, with possibilities for extra work if needed.

Training: Takes place during week 30 or 32, before the fixed-term position starts.

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement
