Responsibilities

As a study and career counselor here, you provide guidance to students in groups and individually. You inform and guide regarding educational choices, career opportunities, and the future labor market based on the students' prerequisites and wishes. You also stimulate the student's interest and curiosity for upcoming choices and directions during and after their time at Nobelgymnasiet.

You will be part of a work team and become one of three study and career counselors who play an important role at the school, working closely with the school's teachers, student health services, and management. The study and career counselors have great opportunities to shape their operations, both in their own work, in the work team, and together with the rest of the student health services. You will work with both the National programs and the Introductory programs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant education in study and career counseling. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with young people. You have good communication skills and are skilled at building safe and trusting relationships. You work independently but also thrive in collaboration with others. Your commitment and desire to make a difference in young people's lives are evident in everything you do.
