As a Facility Technician/Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the operation of the company's facilities, technical installations, and equipment. Your tasks are varied and include both preventive and corrective maintenance. The position is operational.

Examples of tasks:

• Supervision of industrial facilities and technical installations, everything from washing machines to production lines
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational disruptions
• Maintenance of mechanical and technical equipment
• Simple repairs, assembly, and disassembly
• Coordination of annual inspections of gates, cranes, and scissor lifts
• Contact with external suppliers and service partners
• Monitoring of facility technical systems such as ventilation, plumbing, compressed air, and pumps
• Documentation and reporting of completed work
• Involvement in investments and installation of new equipment
• Participation in the company's improvement and Lean work

The role involves many interfaces and significant responsibility for creating a safe, well-maintained, and functional work environment.

We are looking for you who have experience in facility maintenance, mechanical work, or other technical operations. You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and thrive working independently while collaborating well with colleagues and external suppliers.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Documented experience in facility-related work, mechanical maintenance, or equivalent
• Technical or mechanical education, or experience deemed equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Good knowledge of English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
