Are you passionate about sales and leadership, and ready to take full responsibility for running an OKQ8 station?

We are now looking for an engaged Sales Manager for OKQ8 Leksand.

In this role, you and your team are responsible for the customer experience, ensuring that the store meets and exceeds customer expectations. As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire station and have the opportunity to develop within:

  • Leadership and staff development – You are responsible for everything from staffing and coaching employees to the working environment and well-being at the station. This ensures your employees have the right conditions to perform their jobs in the best possible way.
  • Budget and profit responsibility – Another major area of responsibility is keeping the station profitable. You set budgets and goals, and together with your employees, you do everything possible to take the station to new heights.
  • Store operations – You are the captain of the ship. This means leading the work, ensuring daily routines are followed, as well as working the register, serving food to hungry customers, or cleaning the car wash.

At the station, there is one, or in some cases several, Deputy Sales Managers who act as your support, along with Retail Sales Assistants who handle daily operations. As Sales Manager, you report to the Sales Director, who is responsible for a number of stations in a district.

You who have the drive to lead and motivate staff in a company where much is happening and development is fast-paced. You are passionate about sales, have a business mindset, and the ability to lead operations toward set goals. Additionally, you are a positive person who enjoys meeting new people. You like working at a high pace and take overall responsibility for the station and for ensuring your team solves whatever the workday brings. We expect you to take responsibility, be brave, and have experience leading staff, so you can help us reach new heights. Are you ready to accept the challenge?

A B-driver's license and work experience leading staff within sales or service are required.

This position is a permanent employment. As Sales Manager, you work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. The station is open weekdays between 07:00–21:00 and weekends between 08:00–21:00.

For this position, you must be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EEA country, have permanent residence in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with the right to work. You must be able to prove your citizenship or right to work in Sweden during the recruitment process.
