Do you want to further develop your career and try a different assignment? We are looking for you who are a psychologist and want to use your professional knowledge from a different perspective!
If you want a flexible job with the opportunity to develop together with other professions, appreciate working independently but with the proximity to a team when needed, and enjoy analyzing and formulating your analyses in writing, this is something for you!
Description
We perform Activity and Function Capacity Assessments (AFU) on behalf of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. At our clinic, you would work together with experienced specialist doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries to make an assessment with the insured person at the center. You would also have 9 psychologist colleagues to collaborate with.
Since the clinic started in 2020, we have worked to constantly increase the quality of our assessments and working methods. At our clinic, we actively work for a good working environment and see strength in each employee developing individually as well as in the group. We have a non-hierarchical learning environment and we have fun together. We can offer flexible work with the possibility of remote work.
Job Responsibilities
The work involves only assessments of activity and function level. You work based on a method developed by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, where great emphasis is placed on the assessment work and talent for formulating yourself in writing. The assessments are clearly defined and primarily contain an assessment of the person's abilities through neuropsychological testing. No medical investigation or treatment is performed. The people we meet have a large variation of diagnoses and limitations, all of working age.
We are looking for you who have an interest in assessment work and evaluation of activity capacity. You find it easy to get into new tasks and methods. You have experience in the profession, can work independently, and have good cooperation skills. You should like structure and be able to work based on predetermined methods and timeframes. You have a professional approach and see good treatment of colleagues as well as patients as a matter of course. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and we value personal qualities such as good cooperation skills, constructiveness, flexibility, and a desire to develop.
