Your role with us

As an employee, you are an indispensable part of our customers' daily lives. You work in the homes of our customers to give them the conditions to live as safe and independent a life as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting measures.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal support, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Social support in the form of relief, accompaniment (according to the Social Services Act), and pleasant company.
• Important social documentation to ensure high care quality in accordance with current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and are driven by providing good care. Since the work is often changing, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking personal responsibility.

To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we are looking for you who are:

• Trained care assistant (with education of at least 800 upper secondary credits from the national vocational package).

We also look for you to have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for secure communication and correct documentation.
• Good knowledge of the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12).
• It is meritorious if you have previous experience from home care or social services, but we warmly welcome even you who are newly graduated!
