Do you want to take the next step in your career within food service and make a difference in the daily lives of our guests? We are now looking for several dedicated team leaders for our operations in Gävle.

About the role

As a team leader, you are responsible for daily operations and are an present leader in the business. You work operationally together with the team and play a key role in developing both employees and the business, while ensuring profitability and agreed quality standards.

You have daily contact with employees, guests, and customers, which means you catch and resolve issues that arise in operations. The role also includes administrative tasks such as ordering food and materials, reporting food waste, self-control, and monitoring daily and periodic cleaning.

You are also responsible for ensuring that machines, utensils, and chemicals are handled according to current instructions. Together with the restaurant manager, you actively work to develop the dining experience, reduce food waste, and drive the business in a more sustainable direction. You become a key person in operations and act as an extension of the restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Chef training and experience with special diets
• Experience in service, guest relations, and complaint handling
• Interest in working with children and young people and inspiring them to new taste experiences
• Leadership experience (at least a few years)
• Good administrative skills and experience working in digital systems (Windows environment)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Employment conditions

• Permanent position, 75–85% with an initial probationary period (6 months).
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime
