Kitchen Assistant Wanted at China Tai in Bollnäs!

Are you a flexible, service-oriented, and energetic person who thrives in a small, family-like team? China Tai (Kitchen) located at Norrlandsvägen 90 in Bollnäs is now looking for a dedicated kitchen assistant!

We are a small but efficient kitchen serving a wide range of Thai and Chinese dishes for both lunch and dinner. Since we are a small team, your contributions are incredibly important. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant to our guests while simultaneously being an invaluable support to the chefs in the kitchen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, meat, chicken, and shellfish for our dishes.
• Kitchen Assistance: Help with simpler tasks such as frying (e.g., our popular spring rolls) and packaging take-away orders.
• Dishwashing and Cleaning: Ensure dishes are clean and the kitchen remains fresh and hygienic according to current regulations.
• Order and Cash Handling: Receive orders from guests and manage the cash register and payments.
