We are now looking for engaged and service-oriented event staff for an exclusive three-day event in collaboration with LEGO.

As an event staff member, you will become an important ambassador who welcomes visitors, creates a positive experience, and helps carry out activities on-site. A central part of the assignment is to staff and guide visitors at an advanced racing simulator where participants can test their driving skills and compete for great prizes.

• Welcome and guide visitors during the event
• Be responsible for and staff the racing simulator
• Help participants get started with the simulator and create a fun competitive experience
• Inspire children and adults in creative LEGO activities
• Ensure that the event area is well-organized, inviting, and safe
• Represent the LEGO brand in a professional and engaged manner

The days/times you are expected to work are:

• Thursday 18/6 from 12:00-18:00
• Saturday 20/6 from 11:00-15:00
• Sunday 21/6 from 11:00-17:00

You have an eye for detail, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a flexible and varied work environment. You enjoy dynamic environments that require flexibility and are not afraid to take initiative and work independently.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you:

• Have strong social skills and are a skilled communicator.
• Are receptive, careful, and efficient, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Have a natural drive and a passion for service and customer relations.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are at least 18 years old.

Experience in retail marketing is an advantage.

Scope: Part-time

Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
