We are now looking for a Production Manager/Production Supervisor who wants to take overall responsibility for our manufacturing.

This role is suitable for you if you have experience from the engineering industry, where welding, robotic welding, and press braking are part of the manufacturing process.

As the Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the production. You ensure that the business meets set goals regarding quality, delivery reliability, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work within the production
• Forklift operation of goods within the production area
• Responsible for planning
• Ensure high delivery precision
• Responsible for working environment, safety, and order in production
• Follow up on production goals
• Coach and develop our employees

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in a leadership position within the metal industry
• Works in a structured manner and has the ability to prioritize in a business with varying customer orders
• Has experience with welding and sheet metal processing
• Has good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with contract manufacturing and customer-order-driven production
• Experience with the business system Monitor
• Technical education in production, welding, and robotic welding
• Forklift license
