About the role
We are currently looking for a Part-time Interim Manager for a government agency in Nyköping! The assignment primarily involves personnel management, work environment, follow-up, group development, and analysis of development and action needs during the recruitment of a permanent manager. In this role, you will support as an interim head of department for two different units.

Assignment period and scope:
The Interim Manager position is a part-time consulting assignment, 2 days per week, starting in week 33 and expected to run until week 41.

Requirements for the position:

• Documented experience of management assignments, interim management assignments, or equivalent leadership roles with personnel responsibility.
• Experience leading groups in need of development in working methods, interaction, service level, and attitude.
• Ability to analyze patterns at the individual and group level and translate the analysis into concrete action proposals.
• You must also be able to provide certificates proving you meet these requirements, such as employment references and descriptions of completed assignments.

Qualifications that would be advantageous:

• Experience from county administrative boards, municipalities, or other government agencies.
• Knowledge of planning and construction areas and/or cultural heritage.
• Formal education in behavioral science, HR, organization, leadership, or equivalent.
• You must also be able to provide certificates proving you meet these advantageous qualifications, such as employment references and descriptions of completed assignments.

About you
We are looking for someone who is secure, clear, and stable in their managerial role, with the ability to stand firm in difficult personnel and group issues. You are analytical and have a good ability to distinguish between individual, group, and structural issues.

Furthermore, you are communicative and relationship-building while maintaining a clear focus on steering and follow-up. You are action-oriented and have good judgment, especially in a government agency environment.
