About the Role

As a Senior Vehicle Technician at Niemi Bil, you will be involved in all aspects of daily operations; troubleshooting, equipping used and new cars, maintenance, engine service, and repairs. You are also a key part in developing the workshop's work and processes, and you support more junior technicians in their work.

You will work closely with our sales facility, as well as our purchasing department and other parts of the organization that may need support and information regarding workshop-related matters.

Who are you?

We believe you have over five years of experience as a vehicle technician and feel confident in your profession. You take responsibility for your work, are solution-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality.

You also have good experience in troubleshooting, vehicle operation, and are certified for work with air conditioning systems and refrigerants.

You thrive in an environment where people help each other, but you are also self-reliant and accustomed to taking initiative. For you, the job is not just about turning wrenches; you want to contribute to making the business better every day.

Qualifications

• Category B driver's license
• Appropriate vehicle education
• +5 years of experience as a vehicle technician
• Experience in vehicle operation and diagnostics
• AC certification for working with vehicle air conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English and additional languages are meritorious
• HV experience is meritorious

Other

You will work at our workshop in Uppsala. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is by agreement. We offer a secure employment with collective agreement and pension plan, and we care about our employees' health by offering a wellness allowance.
