We are expanding and looking for another caretaker/park employee!

We are looking for someone who is handy and can handle both motorized equipment and park vehicles with care, and who is happy to go the extra mile to make guests feel seen and welcome. You thrive in a busy environment and are proactive in offering suggestions and initiatives when opportunities arise.

The role offers varied tasks often driven by our guests' wishes and the season. Furniture arrangement, park maintenance, minor repairs, and control measurements of our outdoor pools are recurring parts of the workday, while weed control, snow removal, painting, carpentry, plowing, and raking leaves depend on the weather. You should have some IT proficiency and be able to handle basic networking.

We are open 365 days a year, and work takes place during early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Fluency in spoken Swedish and English is required, as is a B-driver's license and experience with tractors/forklifts. A chainsaw certificate is a plus. As some tasks can be physically demanding, good physical fitness is a prerequisite.

We are members of Visita and have a collective agreement.
