Job Responsibilities
The role of Line Technician means you are the production's first point of contact during downtime. You are responsible for rectifying disruptions and coordinating resources for larger technical issues on the lines in consultation with the shift leader. The role also includes training staff on technical matters. Working hours are during the day shift.
Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
- Actively participate in improvement work and identify deficiencies within process sections that prevent the business from achieving set production goals.
- Continuously monitor the technical status of equipment and proactively prevent emerging defects.
- Conduct technical competence development on the lines.
- Be responsible for troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance during downtime. Ensure communication with internal resources necessary for the task.
- Be responsible for and perform assigned planned maintenance activities on the process section's equipment according to current maintenance routines.
About You
We see that you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others, are engaged, responsible, and have a structured work approach. You have good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Experience in training is an advantage.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Completed technical education or alternatively at least 1 year of work experience in areas such as industrial fitter or operations technician
- Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills
Advantageous Knowledge:
- Knowledge within LEAN production
- Troubleshooting training within mechanics/electronics
- GMP knowledge
About the Position
The position is a fixed-term appointment on probation, which after 6 months converts to a permanent position after agreement between the parties.
Selection takes place in week 33
