Your Role

At Uppsalahem, our tenants are always our top priority. As a Property Maintenance Worker in external maintenance, you will work with the management and upkeep of outdoor environments, enhancing the well-being of tenants in our residential areas. Examples of tasks include:

• Maintenance of green areas
• Pruning of bushes and plants
• Snow removal
• Waste management

In your role, you are responsible for one or more residential areas, giving you significant freedom to plan your work independently. You usually work autonomously but are also part of a team, and we support each other across areas when needed. Cleaning of stairwells, garbage rooms, and common areas may also be part of the job.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education. Education in property maintenance is an advantage.
• Has previous experience in similar tasks and is accustomed to driving and operating machinery.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a Property Maintenance Worker, you will be the face of Uppsalahem. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of service orientation and the ability to identify and meet our tenants' needs. We value responsibility and a serious approach to your duties.
