Water and Wastewater Planner at Enköping Municipality
Enköping Municipality is the workplace for you who wants to contribute to creating a sustainable and good society. At the Technical and Service Administration, we are responsible for what makes Enköping function – from water and roads to public spaces, properties, and services. We plan, build, develop, and manage with a clear focus on sustainability, quality, and the big picture.
The Water and Wastewater (VA) department is responsible for one of society's most important functions – delivering clean drinking water and managing sewage and stormwater. We are approximately 50 employees who together develop and manage the infrastructure that makes daily life work.
In the coming years, we face several major initiatives. We are building a new wastewater treatment plant in Vappa, developing the drinking water supply of the future, and continuing to invest in our pipe networks to meet the needs of a growing Enköping. The new treatment plant is the municipality's largest investment ever and is scheduled to go into operation in 2028.
At the Project and Planning unit, approximately 15 employees work within investment planning, project management, construction management, administration, and customer service. Here you will meet dedicated colleagues with high competence and a shared focus on developing the operations.
We are now looking for two Water and Wastewater Planners who want to help shape the future water and wastewater system.
