As a preparer within mechanical maintenance at the Concentrator, you work with planning, structuring, and coordinating maintenance efforts, with the goal of creating stable, efficient, and forward-looking maintenance. You play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, both in the present and over the long term.

Your role

As a planner/preparer, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and following up on maintenance work within mechanical maintenance at the Concentrator. You work in close collaboration with our competence groups within maintenance, operations, and other functions to ensure that the right work is done – at the right time, in the right way. You are part of a preparer team together with other planners/preparers, mechanics, machine inspectors, and lubricators. The work is not carried out as individual tasks but as a joint flow where you collectively prioritize, distribute, and follow up on the work. This means you support each other in daily life and jointly take responsibility for ensuring the whole system works. You will be entering a phase where we actively develop our working methods within maintenance, which means you will have the opportunity to influence how we work moving forward.

The role includes, among other things:

• Planning and preparing both corrective and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring work orders are sufficiently described and ready for execution
• Coordinating resources, materials, and external efforts
• Working actively in the maintenance system (IFS) and contributing to a functioning work order flow
• Participating in shutdown and project planning
• Contributing to improvements in working methods and structure within maintenance

You play an important role in creating the conditions for more planned and efficient maintenance work, where we reduce emergency interventions and strengthen preventive work.

What you bring with you

You are a communicative and driven person who thrives in collaboration with others, but who also takes responsibility for ensuring the work actually gets done. You have the ability to create order in complex flows and to hold the whole picture together in planning and execution. You have a holistic perspective and understand how your role affects production. You are curious and flexible, dare to challenge existing ways of working, and contribute to improvements.

• High school education, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience in maintenance work within industry
• Good computer skills, preferably experience with maintenance systems
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Process and plant knowledge from concentration (meritorious)
• Experience in planning/preparation within maintenance (meritorious)
• Knowledge in preventive and condition-based maintenance (meritorious)
