Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Fastighetsförvaltning, and Primär Lokalvård. As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to remain customer-centric and flexible throughout Sweden. About the Role

As a Facility Technician at Primär, you will be part of a team with experienced technicians who jointly handle commitments in our assignments for our customer in Norrköping. You work in the daily operation of the facility services, and your tasks include, among other things:

• Ongoing supervision and rounds focusing on technical systems and the external environment
• Ongoing maintenance of technical installations
• Energy reading and reporting
• Corrective repairs and maintenance
• Cost assessments, in some cases execution of orders, follow-up of completed work, and reporting to the customer
• Internal and external general service and maintenance work

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a trained Facility Technician with at least 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. A B-class driver's license is required.

Our customers expect the highest level of service and quality. Therefore, we are looking for you who are service-oriented, enjoy customer contact, are engaged, and can work both independently and in a team with your colleagues. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you strive to deliver good solutions. As a person, you are responsible, orderly, structured, and you follow up on your commitments both towards customers and contractors. You are accustomed to quickly switching between different tasks, prioritizing, and solving problems at a high pace.

Other Information

The positions are permanent employment starting with a six-month probation period, a fixed monthly salary, a 100% employment rate, and a start date in September.
