Welcome to Varvet Health Centre! We are the clinic with the big heart. Here you will join a dedicated team of approximately 20 employees, contributing to a pleasant and family-like workplace. We are currently looking for a general practitioner who is passionate about supervision and eager to take on the challenge of being the lead supervisor for our ST (specialist training) doctors.

What do we offer?

• We are a well-functioning primary care centre with permanent doctors.
• We are currently working on ensuring that all registered patients have a designated responsible doctor.
• We offer good working conditions.
• We are centrally located in Hudiksvall.
• The practice has approximately 6,500 registered patients.

The role of a GP at our clinic involves investigating and treating patients. We work systematically and structured, striving to always offer our patients the best possible care. Appointments can be both planned and urgent.

Our staff includes 4 permanent district doctors and 1 ST doctor placed at the health centre.

We are a group that laughs easily and appreciates having fun at work; we are a tight-knit small team!

Together we create high-quality modern care shaped by personal engagement and good service.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and have experience working in primary care. This position is planned to have the main responsibility for supervising ST doctors. If you have this experience/interest, it is an advantage.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the operations from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations, and you collaborate easily.
• You need to have good communication skills to create good relationships with patients as well as colleagues. As a person, you are sensitive to our patients' needs, and your approach is professional and humble.
