Job Description

As a nurse at the dialysis unit, you have very close contact with kidney patients who come for life-sustaining treatment three to four times a week, often for many years. The work also involves significant work with medical equipment. You are responsible for the nursing care of two to three patients, which means you build a high degree of trust and confidence with them. Regardless of which patient you have in front of you during your workday, we want you to work in a patient-centered manner with high patient safety. With great commitment, we do our utmost for our patients.

Qualifications

You are a registered nurse and have a drive to help develop future healthcare, with the ability to work in a solution-focused manner. Previous experience with dialysis and nephrology is meritorious but not a requirement. You are an open and outgoing person who is confident and works in a structured manner. You can maintain your calm even when the pace is high, and you have a good ability to adapt to changed circumstances and work in a solution-focused way. An empathetic approach and good communication skills are important in contact with our patients. As a person, you are positive and have a good manner of dealing with people. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you have an interest in working with technical equipment.

Employment Terms

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Saturday 07:00–16:00. Every other Saturday and Sundays are closed.
