1177 is an important and central part of healthcare and serves as the first point of contact for residents throughout Sweden. Here, you meet patients via phone and digital services, guiding them from self-care advice to the correct level of care. WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are now looking for a new colleague for 1177 in Växjö.

In this role, you work with medical advice via phone and digital care, supported by a quality-assured national decision support system and a common phone number for the whole country. The work involves meeting people in various situations and requires both medical competence and a secure, professional approach. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

As a workplace, 1177 is characterized by short communication lines, an open work climate, and strong collegial support. You will receive an individually adapted introduction and access to a mentor who follows your development in the role.

The workplace is located in Växjö, with opportunities for remote work to some extent.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with several years of clinical experience, where specialist training as a district nurse and experience from working in a health center or telephone advice are considered meritorious.

To thrive in the role, you need to be flexible and have good prioritization skills, even during periods of higher pace. You feel secure in your professional role and can handle both complex and sometimes stressful situations in a professional and trustworthy manner.
