Job Description

As a nurse in Ljungby Municipality's home care service, you will have a varied and developing workday. You will have the privilege of personal meetings with patients in their homes, both in ordinary and special housing. You plan your work shifts independently within the team you work in.

As a nurse, you provide care at home and work according to all parts of the nursing process. You collaborate with various professional groups within municipal and regional operations. Guidance for patients, relatives, and nursing staff is a significant part of your work.

Schedule: Desired schedule. Day, evening, and weekend shifts (every 5th).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has good computer skills and a valid B driver's license.
• Is proficient in Swedish (speaking, understanding, and writing).

We value a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and an empathetic approach with the patient at the center. We also look for someone who can work independently, is solution-oriented, can make independent assessments, is structured, and can adapt to changing circumstances.

It is meritorious if you are a district nurse or have specialized training in palliative care or elderly care, but this is not a requirement.
