Your role as a Pharmacist for Kronans Apotek at our newly established pharmacy in Alvesta

We are now looking for an engaged and goal-oriented pharmacist for our new and fresh pharmacy in Alvesta. With us, you have an exciting opportunity to help strengthen both the pharmacy and the customer meeting. Here you will develop, both in your professional role and together with the team, as we create the best solutions to meet our customers' needs 💫. For those who enjoy responsibility and want to grow internally, there are opportunities in the long term for roles such as Store Manager or Warehouse Manager.

The pharmacy is strategically located next to Willys and only a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easily accessible for both customers and employees. Here we meet both our loyal regulars and new customers – every day. You will become part of a competent and collaborative team consisting of a pharmacy technician, part-time pharmacists, and Pharmacy Manager Camilla. Together we take responsibility for the pharmacy and create high-quality customer experiences – with care, engagement, and joy 🥰

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to working with inventory, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Dispense the correct medication to each customer and offer professional patient advice while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Promote participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy and, together with colleagues, create a positive group dynamic.

The pharmacy is open 09:00–18:00 on weekdays and 10:00–15:00 on Saturdays. After the summer, we will also be open on Sundays from 10:00–15:00 to be there when our customers need us. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you are welcome to join Pharmacy Manager Camilla Johansson's team 🧡. The desired start date is by agreement, and we apply a six-month probation period. Due to holiday periods, feedback in this process may be delayed until August ⛱️

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers with good medication use and better health.
