The Role of Dental Hygienist

As a dental hygienist with us, you work with health-promoting, preventive, and treatment measures for both children and adults. You examine, diagnose, and carry out interventions to prevent and treat conditions such as dental caries and periodontitis.

In your daily work, you meet patients of different ages and with varying needs, allowing you to utilize your full professional competence. At our clinics, you will have a broad and significant role with considerable personal responsibility, while maintaining close collaboration with your colleagues.

At Rydaholm Public Dental Health, you will work in a smaller team with close collaboration and good cohesion. The clinic collaborates closely with Vråen Public Dental Health in Värnamo, creating good opportunities for experience sharing, cooperation, and development. There is also the possibility to work part of the time at Vråen.

At Vråen Public Dental Health, 24 employees work together in an open work climate where collaboration and development are a natural part of everyday life. The broad patient base contributes to variety in the work and good opportunities for professional development. The clinic has also taken steps toward a more digital way of working and has access to intraoral cameras, intraoral scanners, and microscopes for endodontics.

At Gnosjö Public Dental Health, 15 employees work in a modern clinic where community, engagement, and continuous improvement are in focus. Here, you will meet patients of all ages and with varying care needs, while becoming part of a team that enjoys working together and learning from each other.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist. You thrive working both independently and with others and feel comfortable meeting patients of different ages and life situations.

You have a good approach to people and see the value in creating trusting relationships with both patients and colleagues. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and contribute to good collaboration at the clinic. We are looking for you who share the Public Dental Health's values and vision of good and equitable dental care for all residents of the region.

You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-category driver's license is required as travel may occur during the job. Personal suitability is given great importance.
