Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on their specific needs. You will safeguard the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life. The role of a personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships.

We are looking for you: a confident and experienced former nurse assistant or nurse who wants to work as a personal assistant.

About the assignment:

The care needs vary, but with your solid background, you will quickly understand and be able to meet these needs with professionalism and empathy. The tasks will revolve around care, social activities, mobility assistance, cooking/baking, and household management.

A valid driver's license is required, and our clients have cats and dogs in their homes.

We are looking for women, and you must speak fluent Swedish, as this is a prioritized requirement for our clients.
