Who are we looking for? To undertake an internship at Aventi, you do not need prior experience in events, activities, project management, or administration. However, we have high expectations that you are eager to learn through curiosity, bringing new perspectives, and contributing with great enthusiasm. Basic knowledge of Office 365 and Mac administration is a plus. As a person, you are unpretentious, positive, and love to give energy. You see solutions before problems, are responsible, and service-oriented. Our internship is aimed at those who wish to practice during their post-secondary studies and is, as standard, located at our headquarters in Borås.

What will I do during my internship? During your internship, you will become part of the entire operation and gain insight into how we work with events, activities, and customer relations.

You will, among other things, follow and contribute to parts of:

• Planning and coordination of activities and events
• Project management leading up to execution
• Administrative tasks related to bookings and customer inquiries
• Sales processes and customer dialogues

Examples of tasks may include:

• Supporting our Project Managers before, during, and after events
• Creating quotes based on customer inquiries
• Working with event production

The tasks vary depending on the season, ongoing projects, and the length of your internship. We shape the internship period together so that both you and we get the most out of the time.

The work is primarily during daytime hours at the office, but evenings or weekends may occur in connection with events.
