We are now looking for experienced consultants within water and wastewater investigations and hydraulic modeling of pipe networks for our office in Gothenburg.

Within the Water & VA region in Gothenburg, we are approximately 90 consultants working daily with water and wastewater issues. You will become part of a large network where we support and learn from each other. The VA Systems group in Gothenburg consists of approximately 10 people with great drive and a desire to take responsibility. As part of Sweco, you will belong to a competent group of approximately 600 colleagues specialized in Water & VA.

Your future role

In the role of consultant or project manager, you will become an important part of our group and our assignments. As a consultant, you work partly in assignments and partly in supporting and mentoring younger colleagues.

Currently, we offer our customers services within water and wastewater investigations and hydraulic modeling. We often work in early stages where we investigate the prerequisites for future investments for the client. The group also drives development projects and projects within the environmental area. We often collaborate with other technical branches such as streets/roads, landscape, and geotechnics.

Your experience

We are looking for you who:

• Have a university or civil engineering degree in water, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Have several years of experience in water and wastewater investigations, feasibility studies, or hydraulic modeling of pipe systems, and experience working with Mike+ or similar tools.
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a project manager or project leader within water and wastewater.
• Experience with GIS and CAD.
• Interest in programming and experience with, for example, Python.
