Tvåtumfyra is now looking for a Service Manager who wants to develop businesses and customer relationships while driving service projects forward with structure and energy.

As a Service Manager, you work closely with our customers in small and medium-sized projects, often at a high pace where several assignments run simultaneously. You are the hub between the customer, employees, and the project. From first contact to final delivery. This role suits you if you like variety, quick decisions, and getting things done.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate several service and construction projects in parallel
• Customer contact, needs analysis, and sales meetings
• Estimating and tender submission
• Planning and site management in projects
• Economic follow-up
• Administration and invoicing
• Contribute to developing the business and building long-term customer relationships

Who are you?

You have a construction technical background and have started taking the step towards a more coordinating and business-driven role. You thrive in a role where you get to combine structure and business sense with relationship building. Perhaps you currently work as:

• Foreman
• Site Supervisor
• Junior Site Manager
• or similar

We believe that you:

• Are communicative, clear, and build trust
• Take responsibility and get things done
• Enjoy having many projects running simultaneously

We would like you to have:

• A few years of experience from the construction and/or installation industry
• Experience of site management or coordination
• Basic understanding of economics/estimates
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Class B driver's license
• Experience with service projects
• BAS-P/BAS-U certifications
