Your Responsibilities

As a tile setter at Golv & Kakel Måleri Gävleborg, you will work throughout Central Sweden as well as in the mountain regions.

The work primarily consists of:

• Preparing substrates through cleaning, filling, and leveling.
• Executing waterproofing layers according to current industry regulations.
• Installing ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
• Measuring, planning, and adapting materials for a precise final result.
• Grouting and finishing surfaces.
• Performing renovations and new construction in bathrooms, kitchens, and other wet rooms.
• Ensuring that the work maintains high quality and adheres to safety and quality requirements.

As a tile setter, you need to be meticulous, have an eye for detail, and be able to work both independently and in collaboration with other professional groups.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for you who are an experienced tile setter with pride in your profession and who appreciate both quality and good service.

To apply for the position, we would like you to:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in tile setting.
• Be meticulous, self-starting, and quality-conscious.
• Show great commitment and responsibility in your work.
• Enjoy working both independently and together with others.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license.
• Have BKR or GVK certification (meritorious).
• Be flexible and comfortable working in different locations.
• Be willing to stay away from home as jobs occur throughout Central Sweden and the mountain regions.

We Offer You

Collective agreement, company car, per diem, and accommodation if you reside in another location.
