We are looking for you to create a sustainable and inspiring preschool

At our preschools, children are important citizens with the right to be seen, heard, and touched. The preschools operate from a posthumanist perspective with learning as the foundation. We believe that Vygotsky's development theories, a constructivist view of learning, and the philosophy of Reggio Emilia form a whole where the democratic mission is in focus. For us, it is important to offer children 100 different ways to communicate and learn through a project-based approach.

The preschools work with an overarching goal focusing on the significance of learning environments. The purpose is to create a stronger breadth to meet children's differences. The preschools are close to nature, where we gather strength and materials. The preschool staff works closely with special educators and atelierists to create an inspiring, playful, and clarifying learning environment.

Through a sustainable world where the environment, the materials, and the relationship to each other lay the foundation for building hope, joy, and inspiration, as well as engagement to jointly take responsibility for the future. Job Responsibilities

We can offer you a varied and developing job together with children and colleagues, where the main task is to create a preschool that gives children opportunities and conditions to learn together in a creative environment. You will be part of an engaged and versatile staff group consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the pedagogical work based on the preschool curriculum and pedagogical philosophy.

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-10. Interviews and employment will take place continuously during the application period. End date: 2027-04-23.
