Do you want to make life better for others? We are now looking for an engaged and caring support assistant for our service housing at Korpgränd 21.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a support assistant, your primary role will be to create a sense of security and support the user in their daily activities (ADL). You will be an important part of the work to promote independence and participation for the users in their daily lives. Through communication, planning, and coordination, you will work to achieve the user's goals in close collaboration with other professionals. The work is based on respect for the user's self-determination and integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Adequate education, e.g., the Care and Nursing Program or the Child and Youth Program with a focus on social or pedagogical work.
- Merits given with experience from similar work, especially within personal care and LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations.
- You should have good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good computer skills.
- We are looking for someone who is calm, stable, and enjoys handling complex situations. You should be able to work independently but also have an easy time collaborating in a team.
- Experience working with people within LSS is a merit.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who has a low-affective approach and good collaboration skills. You should be flexible, responsible, and have the empathy to understand and support individuals with different needs.
We work with systems such as Lifecare, Timecare, and Appva, and it is an advantage if you have experience with these, but we also offer training on the systems we use.
Working hours include days, evenings, and sleeping on-call. Duty every other weekend. The workplace operates on a needs-based schedule.
