Where you will work

Riggargatan is a residential facility with 48 places, focusing on somatic care. The facility is located on Brandholmen, just outside central Nyköping, with proximity to both scenic areas and good transport links. The operation has four wards, distributed over two floors, where each ward is bright and well-planned with large common areas. The wards have either outdoor space or a large balcony facing a scenic and green backyard. Riggargatan has two nurses who are part of a management group together with an activity coach, coordinator, and operations manager.

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. Our nurses function as supervisors in health and care matters, a role you enjoy driving. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you feel comfortable in such an environment. To succeed, you are unpretentious and motivated by organizing care in the best way together with your colleagues. As a member of the management group, you work together with others with a focus on the quality and goals of the operation.

Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other internal and external contacts to ensure good care.

To thrive in this position, you are engaged, service-oriented, and have the ability to see the big picture. You are good at building good relationships, both with employees, colleagues, residents, and relatives.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a full-time permanent position with a probationary period, with an employment rate of 100%. The start date is 2026-07-20. To be eligible for the position, you are a licensed nurse and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license is required as we collaborate with our two other operations in Nyköping during weekends.

Merits

We would prefer that you have previous experience within elderly care.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an extract from the police record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
