Property Manager/Maintenance Planner – The Hub Between Management and Technology
Do you want a central role where technology, property management, and long-term planning meet? We are now looking for an engaged and structured maintenance planner who wants to become a key person in our team.
Make a difference with us
As a maintenance planner, you act as the link between property managers, economists, and project development. You are responsible for ensuring that the maintenance of properties is planned, followed up, and developed in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.
Your main tasks:
- Conduct annual property inspections
- Create and update maintenance plans
- Prepare materials and provide input for budgeting work together with economists
- Present maintenance plans in collaboration with property managers
- Call for and lead internal meetings regarding maintenance planning (with property managers, economists, maintenance planners, and project developers)
You contribute with your competence and commitment
We are looking for you who have both technical competence and good collaboration skills. You thrive in a role where you get to combine analysis, structure, and communication. You have an academic education from university/college with a focus on property management, building and/or property technology, or equivalent work experience from the construction or property industry.
You have:
- A construction technical background
- Long experience in maintenance planning
- Experience working both independently and in a group
- Good ability to document and communicate
As a person, you are:
- Social and confident in customer and collaboration meetings
- Structured and solution-oriented
- Pedagogical and clear in your presentations
