About the role

You will join a tight-knit team where daily life combines projects with operations; you are never stuck with just one. Everything is handled in-house, which means you have true ownership of the environment and your part of the infrastructure.

We are currently in an exciting transformation phase where we are developing our on-premises environment into a modern hybrid environment with services in Azure, and we are looking for three people with a common foundation but different specialized competencies.

You do not need to fit into all three, we want you to identify with one of them:

• Network & Security – You thrive with broad responsibility within network and security and are equally comfortable designing solutions as operating and developing them.
• Azure & Microsoft Hybrid Environment – You have built hybrid environments before and now want to do it from scratch. You are as much an architect as an operations engineer.
• M365 & Identity – You work with identity, permissions, and administration in Microsoft 365 and are accustomed to handling security and governance in a regulated business.

Who are you?

You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and thrive in an independent role close to the business. You like it when no day is like the other and are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves as thinking long-term.

To fit the role, you have:

• Extensive experience with infrastructure in a complex, Microsoft-based environment
• Experience operating infrastructure in-house with broad ownership
• Good understanding of hybrid environments and on-premises infrastructure
• Fluent Swedish

You are welcome to our office at Mörby C. Start date by agreement. The position is a permanent full-time role.
