We are looking for an experienced personal assistant for a man with multiple disabilities who needs support with activities of daily living (ADL). The role includes assistance with showering, dressing and undressing, brushing teeth, feeding, cooking, cleaning, as well as support during indoor and outdoor activities.
We are seeking a stable and confident individual with a structured personality who can provide reliable support to the user. It is important that you view this profession as a long-term commitment rather than a temporary job. A genuine passion for helping people is essential.
The position is a day job with varying working hours according to a schedule. You must be available to be called in outside of regular shifts during the day.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Living close to Kristianstad is preferred. Your personal suitability is the most important factor in our recruitment process.
