Your Role
As an Order Coordinator within Customer Order in Global Logistics, you play a key role in our order management. You work closely with customers and colleagues globally and ensure that our deliveries maintain high quality, from order to delivery. You will become part of a team where collaboration, structure, and development are in focus.
How you contribute to us
- Actively work on continuous improvements in our working methods and processes
- Register, plan, confirm, and follow up orders in our business system IFS
- Have daily contact with customers worldwide regarding availability and delivery times
- Ensure that deliveries are completed with the correct documentation and certificates
- Review contracts, such as Letters of Credit, together with the Shipment Coordinator
- Handle complaints and returns
- Collaborate closely with functions such as Operative Purchase, Shipping, Warehouse, and Technical & Commercial Support
Your Qualifications
- Good understanding of and interest in business systems, such as ERP or SAP
- Relevant education or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in similar tasks
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good multitasking ability and a solution-oriented approach to work

The position is located at our headquarters in Karlskrona and may involve some travel.
