To our client in Stockholm, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.

Project Description

This role is part of a sub-project within a larger IT and business development program at the client's site, planned to run until the first half of 2028. The project's purpose is to implement a Salesforce solution delivered by a procured vendor. As part of quality assurance and verification, the project now needs to be strengthened with a Quality Assurance Lead responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the client's combined "end-to-end" testing efforts.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead who operates at a tactical level to ensure that the delivered solution meets all requirements, process goals, and quality criteria before go-live. The focus is on the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Responsibilities:

• Master Test Plan (MTP): Establish and maintain the project's overall test strategy and detailed test plans for the client's test phases (BAT/UAT).
• Test Case Design: Lead the work of creating relevant, business-oriented test cases based on "to-be" processes and requirements.
• Test Coordination: Plan, schedule, and lead the daily testing work for the client's internal testers (superusers and business specialists) before and during test phases. Coordinate relevant preparations regarding test environments and test data.
• Defect Management: Responsible for the client's defect reporting process, including prioritization, escalation, and verification of fixed defects in collaboration with the vendor.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, the Platform Development Lead, and the vendor's test lead to synchronize environments and coordinate integrated testing (SIT).

Competency Requirements

• Test Leadership Experience: Documented experience in planning and leading acceptance tests in large, business-critical system projects.
• Methodology Knowledge (QA): Deep understanding of test methodology and agile quality assurance.
• Tools: Experience with testing tools and Microsoft DevOps.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, educate, and lead business resources who do not have testing as their primary task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing in Salesforce projects.
• Experience collaborating with external implementation partners.
• Experience from the energy sector.
