We are now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our operations in Järfälla. In this role, you will hold a central position in driving and further developing our quality work in close collaboration with production, technology, and development.

About the role

As a Quality Engineer here, you will become a key person in ensuring robust processes and high-quality products. You will work both operationally and strategically, with significant responsibility for driving improvements and creating long-term solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Drive and develop the company's quality work according to current standards
• Responsible for deviation management (internal and external), including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Lead and participate in improvement projects focused on efficiency and quality
• Ensure that processes are followed, developed, and continuously improved
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Monitor quality data, analyze trends, and report relevant key performance indicators
• Ensure that documentation, instructions, and routines are up-to-date and followed
• Provide close support to production in quality-related matters

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering, quality, or equivalent
• Experience in quality work within industrial operations
• Good knowledge of deviation management and root cause analysis
• Experience with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar) is an advantage
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
