We are a wonderful group of 47 dedicated employees who make a difference every day for our approximately 13,200 registered patients – from the first visit and throughout their lives.

Our focus is on cross-professional teamwork with daily team rounds where we collectively take responsibility for our patients. We at Capio Primary Care Centre Limhamn are now looking for a Diabetes Nurse. We need to strengthen our team, and perhaps it is you who wants to jump in and contribute your competence and energy.

You will be responsible for your own diabetes clinic and work closely with other diabetes nurse colleagues and doctors – a collaboration that makes a real difference for our patients.

Here, you will have a varied and independent job where you also assist with telephone advice, chats, and clinic work with classic primary care tasks. The distribution is approximately 50/50.

You will become an important part of our team, where we work together but also trust each other's ability to make independent decisions and wise assessments.

Are you a diabetes nurse with a heart for diabetes care – or just curious about becoming part of a really nice team? Then we would love to meet you!

We are looking for an engaged and confident registered diabetes nurse. We value drive, curiosity, and the desire to develop together. You have a Swedish nursing license and master the Swedish language at least at level C1. If you have also worked at a primary care centre before, that is an extra plus!

With us, you will work in a team where team spirit, responsibility, and care go hand in hand. We like structure, but also flexibility – because we know that every day and every patient is unique. If you have previous experience from a primary care centre, it is a plus, but most importantly, you are clear, trustworthy, and have a patient-focused approach. We are looking for someone who is careful, quality-conscious, and likes to take initiative.

For a permanent position, we always apply a six-month probation period.
