Do you want to become part of a team where community, quality, and commitment characterize daily life, and where you can use your full competence as a physiotherapist?
Welcome to Attendo's HSL organization, Nära Vård. Here we work every day to create safe and meaningful care for our patients. With us, you will work in a committed mobile rehabilitation team with occupational therapists and physiotherapists, where each day offers new challenges and the opportunity to make a difference.
With us, you will have a role where you are not tied to a single facility, but rather encounter different environments, needs, and teams, providing both breadth and development in your professional role.
About the position – your daily life with us We are looking for a physiotherapist on an hourly basis, with the possibility of permanent employment. We also have a need for full-time positions during October–December 2026.
The work is primarily located in nursing homes, but may also include home healthcare and other operations.
You will work in a selection of our facilities in Trelleborg, Vellinge, Malmö, Kävlinge, Ängelholm, and Lund based on the needs of the operations. An office and access to a company vehicle are available in Malmö. Travel between facilities takes place during working hours.
You have overall responsibility for the patients' rehabilitation:
Assessments, planning, implementation, and follow-up of interventions
Documentation and administrative work
Prescription of medical technology products based on individual needs
Mentoring and training of care staff
You work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapy colleagues, and group managers, as well as in interdisciplinary teams with nurses, care staff, and facility managers. You also influence both working methods and competence levels in the operations, and your contribution is noticed by both patients and colleagues.
A role with both clinical work and development
In addition to the clinical work, the role includes:
Conducting transfer training for nursing staff, primarily in our training facility in Lund
Opportunity to influence content and structure together with the training coordinator
Participation in upcoming initiatives, e.g., training of rehabilitation representatives
You will become part of Nära Vård's rehabilitation network, where you will receive:
Collegial support locally and nationally
Knowledge exchange and joint development
Access to a manager with a background as a physiotherapist and within quality/medical responsibility
About you
You are a licensed physiotherapist with a commitment to elderly care and a desire to work in a team. This role is particularly suitable for you if you want to combine clinical work with education and development and thrive in a mobile daily life with varied assignments.
This feels natural to you:
Take responsibility and work independently
Think solution-oriented and have structure
Meet others safely, pedagogically, and professionally
Enjoy inspiring, mentoring, and developing
Are positive and contribute to good collaboration
It is meritorious if you have experience from nursing homes, home healthcare, or LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), but we also value other competencies that can strengthen the team.
With us, you get
Hourly employment (according to agreement) with the possibility of permanent employment.
Full-time position during October – December 2026
Individual introduction and mentoring
Working hours Monday–Friday
Collective agreement, good salary conditions, and fitness allowance
Benefits via AttendoPlus (Benify)
An engaged team and close leadership
Opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of future care
With us, you get to use your full competence and develop it further.

Category B driver's license
