About the Role

We are looking for you who want to work with us during the summer holiday as a supervisor for students on summer internships. This is a part-time position (80%) with a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

You will supervise two to three students on summer internships over two periods spread across six weeks. Together, you will create activities for children and young people aged 7–12. Activities will take place outdoors or, for example, at the municipality's libraries.

You will be based at the library facilities. Staff is available Monday to Friday to provide support in your work.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, flexible, and easy to collaborate with. You enjoy interacting with children and young people and have prior experience in association work or similar activities with youth. Perhaps you have experience as a youth leader in dance, outdoor life, theater, integration work, sports, or similar fields?

You put young people first and engage with what matters to them. We prefer that you are studying to become a teacher or another type of social worker. Proficiency in a language other than Swedish is an asset.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education (high school diploma).
• Previous experience working with children and young people aged 7–12.
• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police record) must be provided before employment can commence.
