We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Helsingborg, starting this autumn. In your daily work, you will work towards the team's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your primary tools will be the telephone and computer, where you will answer incoming calls, handle cases via email, and manage chats.
You will be part of a cheerful team with a genuine interest in service, while working in a developing and learning environment. The customer service team actively works to provide every customer with a positive experience.
We offer regular training and coaching!
Your Profile:
We are looking for you who have experience within service, perhaps from another industry, but are now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in the role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and are motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative, easily understand the customer's needs, and are attentive to both customers and colleagues.
