About OH Teknik

OH Teknik is a family-owned company in Katrineholm with extensive experience in manufacturing prefabricated concrete and steel. We specialize in products such as lubrication pits, roof work platforms, column lifts, vehicle scales, and other prefabricated structures – including roofs, walls, and floors for car washes as well as sorting systems.

We deliver customized, high-quality solutions to some of Sweden's largest industrial companies and construction actors, including Scania, Volvo, Skanska, Peab, Bilprovningen, ABB, as well as numerous truck workshops and bus depots.

At OH Teknik, we are a tightly knit team that values both competence and community. We believe that job satisfaction leads to better results – therefore, we make sure to have fun together, even outside of work. We regularly organize company events, BBQ evenings, Christmas parties, and we attend concerts and sports events. On a daily basis, we often enjoy pizza, coffee breaks, and cake in the office.

Here, the team is just as important as the individual, and we are proud to combine craftsmanship, professional pride, and a family atmosphere in everything we do.

About the Role

OH Teknik is looking for a Project & Installation Manager with a background in construction, installation, or technical project management. The role is broad and central to our projects, where we deliver technical solutions such as lubrication pits, workshop equipment, and vehicle scales to customers in industry, infrastructure, and critical societal functions. You will drive projects from planning to final delivery and work closely with contractors, suppliers, and customers. The role involves responsibility for several parallel projects and includes travel within Sweden and occasionally Norway.

Job Description

You will plan, lead, and follow up on 3–4 projects simultaneously, focusing on delivery, installation, and construction coordination.

The work entails:

  • Leading projects and being the main contact for customers and contractors
  • Planning deliveries, resources, transport, and installation
  • Ensuring schedules, quality, and progress
  • Participating in construction and project meetings
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring prerequisites for installation
  • Handling risk analyses, documentation, and self-inspections
  • Coordinating internal functions and external partners, including those in Norway

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in construction, installation management, or technical project management
  • Has a good understanding of construction processes and practical coordination on construction sites
  • Is structured, self-reliant, and accustomed to planning resources and deliveries
  • Is communicative and confident in dialogue with various stakeholders
  • Has the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward
  • Has a B-driver's license and good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Meritorious experience includes construction/industrial projects, construction logistics, installation management, and project documentation.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a high pace and many contact points.
