I am a happy and active young woman (30+) living in Solna. I am currently looking for an assistant for a position of approximately 25–30 hours per week. All assistants have fixed schedules during weekdays and weekends. It would be great if you could step in when my other assistants are off. Start date is to be agreed upon. I attend day activities during weekdays. On weekends, there is usually double assistance, as I enjoy going on outings and doing other things that enrich my day. This might include visiting museums, going to the cinema, taking walks in the forest, or dining at restaurants. Therefore, it is a big plus if you are accustomed to utilizing Stockholm's cultural and leisure activities. About you: I am looking for a female assistant who is energetic, proactive, and, like me, social and enjoys outings. Sometimes I am tired and want to take it easy, so you need to be perceptive and able to read the mood. It is important that you are interested in getting to know me. You will receive training and supervision regarding my disabilities (autism, developmental disability, and epilepsy). Experience in care and social services or pedagogical work is an advantage, as is previous night shift experience. At my place, I work with sleeping on-call shifts (5 hours/night). My assistants are employed by Assistans i Balans, which means close communication with supervisors, a thorough and clear introduction, personal supervision, as well as training and further education. You will receive the support you need to feel safe and professional in your role as my personal assistant.
